Privacy Policy
Stadium Cricket Roar ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Stadium Cricket Roar mobile application (the "App") and its companion website at fans0038.com. This Privacy Policy explains — in plain English — what information we collect when you use the App and the website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The App is distributed on Google Play for Android devices.
Introduction
We've tried to keep this short and honest. The App is a single-player, offline cricket-manager game, so most of what you do stays on your phone. The bits that do leave your device are limited to install attribution, push-notification delivery, and anything you choose to send us through the contact form. If you ever want to know more, our address is at the bottom — just write in.
Information Collection
Automatically Collected Information
The moment you open the App for the first time, a few things happen automatically:
- Anonymous identifier. The App generates a random, unique identifier the first time it runs and stores it on your device. It isn't tied to your name, email, or phone number. It resets if you clear the App's data or reinstall.
- Language and region. The App reads your device's language and region settings so it can display text in your preferred language.
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID). The App reads your device's resettable advertising ID, provided by Google Play Services. We use it together with our attribution partner to understand how you discovered the App.
- Install attribution data. The App collects basic attribution information — how you arrived at the Google Play listing (the install referrer), the campaign or source that led you to install, and a unique installation identifier generated by our attribution partner. This helps us measure whether our marketing is reaching the right people.
- Push notification details. If you allow notifications, a unique subscription identifier is generated for your device so we can deliver pushes. The App also sends a language tag so the notifications you receive are localized. Our notifications partner additionally records standard device details (model, OS version, carrier, app version, timezone, and approximate country derived from your IP address) when it registers your device.
Attribution Through AppsFlyer
We use AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and marketing-analytics service, to measure where new players come from. The advertising identifier, install attribution data, and the App's anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer for this purpose. AppsFlyer also collects standard device details (such as IP address, device model, and OS version) as part of its service. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.

Push Notifications Through OneSignal
We send push notifications through OneSignal, a third-party push-delivery service. A unique subscription identifier is generated for your device and shared with OneSignal so it can deliver notifications to you. The App also sets a language tag based on your device language so notifications are delivered in the right language. OneSignal records standard device telemetry (device model, OS version, carrier, app version, timezone, and approximate country from your IP) when your device registers. On Android 13 and above, the system asks for your permission before showing any notification — you can deny or revoke it at any time in Settings → Apps → Stadium Cricket Roar → Notifications.

Built-in Browser
The App includes a small built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy, the Support page, and related content directly inside the App. Websites loaded in the built-in browser may set cookies (including third-party cookies) and use local storage in line with standard browser behavior — that data stays on your device and is removed if you clear the App's data. The built-in browser does not collect anything beyond what's described in the sections above.
Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page (inside the built-in browser) lets you send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
- Your name and email address
- A subject line and a description of your question or issue
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera app, or pick an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, document, or video) through your device's standard file picker
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture, if you choose it, is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
What the App Stores Locally
Stadium Cricket Roar is offline-first, so most of the data that makes the App useful never leaves your phone:
- Your franchise name, squad collection, season progress, daily streak, league table, XI selection, and Settings preferences.
- Match history, scorecards, Roar Guide read state, and tutorial-popup-seen flags.
- Cached browser data from the built-in browser (cookies, local storage) described above.
None of this on-device game data is transmitted to us. You can erase it any time from Settings → Data → Delete All Data inside the App, or by clearing the App's data from Android Settings → Apps → Stadium Cricket Roar → Storage.
How We Use the Information
We only use the information for the purposes listed below — nothing else:
- To run the App, keep it working, and display content in your device's language.
- To understand how people discovered Stadium Cricket Roar and measure whether our marketing is reaching the right audience.
- To deliver push notifications, if you've allowed them.
- To reply to you when you contact us and to investigate any issues you report.
- To investigate technical problems and improve reliability.
- To meet legal obligations when we have to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't build advertising profiles about you.
Third-Party Sharing
We share information only with the service providers listed below, and only what's needed for the purposes above. Each service collects data according to its own privacy policy.
- Google Play Services. Provides the resettable advertising ID and the install referrer on Android. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Messages and attachments you send through the contact form are received by us only and are not shared with the providers above.
Data Retention
We only keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Specifically:
- The anonymous identifier stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall.
- The Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services — you can reset it whenever you like in Android settings.
- Install attribution data is retained by AppsFlyer per its policy and used by us only to measure marketing performance.
- Your OneSignal subscription identifier is tied to the App installation; removing the App (or revoking notification permission) ends notification delivery.
- Cookies and local storage inside the built-in browser follow standard browser expiration rules and remain on your device.
- Messages you send through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Data Security
All network traffic between the App and the services listed above is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data we receive, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure — so we can't promise absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
You're in control. You can do all of these at any time, without asking us:
- Reset or limit the advertising identifier. Open Android Settings → Google → Ads and choose "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID" / "Opt out of ads personalization."
- Turn off push notifications. Open Android Settings → Apps → Stadium Cricket Roar → Notifications and switch them off, or deny the permission when the system asks.
- Clear the anonymous identifier and all local app data. Open Android Settings → Apps → Stadium Cricket Roar → Storage → Clear data, or use Settings → Data → Delete All Data inside the App.
- Remove the App entirely. Uninstall it and all locally stored information goes with it.
- Ask us questions or request deletion of anything you've sent us. Write to us via the contact page or email [email protected].
Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, and other regions), you may also have rights to access, correct, port, or object to how your data is handled, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, but drop us a line and we'll walk you through any of these rights.
Third-Party Links
The App and the website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, the privacy-policy pages of the providers listed above). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites — we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll delete it right away.
Note on Simulated Bookmaker Atmosphere
Stadium Cricket Roar includes fictional, read-only bookmaker copy as ambient flavor — pre-match odds banners, mid-match tickers, and a "Bookmaker's Corner" screen. No real betting takes place inside the App. You never wager, never pick a winner, never stake anything. We do not collect any wagering, gambling, or real-money-transaction data because none exists in the App.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, if the change is significant, flag it inside the App. Continuing to use Stadium Cricket Roar after a change means you accept the revised policy.
