These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Stadium Cricket Roar ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of Stadium Cricket Roar (the "App") and its companion website at fans0038.com (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Stadium Cricket Roar is a simulated cricket-management game. No real betting takes place. No real money. All player imagery is AI-generated. Players, teams, and matches in this app are fictional.

1. The Service in Plain English

Stadium Cricket Roar is an offline, single-player cricket-management game styled like a neon-floodlit T20 stadium broadcast. You build a fictional squad, spin a Match-Day Wheel to draw opponents from eight fictional teams, simulate matches through a slot-style Over Simulator, and progress through a 14-match Stadium Roar Premiere season. The Service is provided "as-is" for personal entertainment.

2. No Real Betting, No Real Money

The Service includes ambient bookmaker atmosphere — fictional, read-only pre-match odds banners, mid-match tickers, and a "Bookmaker's Corner" screen. You never wager, never pick a winner, never stake anything. No real money is involved in any part of the Service.

No in-app purchases.
No rewarded ads tied to match outcomes.
No real-money winnings or leaderboard cash prizes.
"Scout Tokens," "Scout Packs," and any in-app currency or items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. The App is not directed at children under that age.

4. License Granted to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where permitted by law.
Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security or integrity of the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service.
Misrepresent the Service, including by impersonating it or its affiliation with any real cricket organization, tournament, franchise, or person.

6. Fictional Content — No Real Cricketers, Teams, or Tournaments

All cricketers, teams, fixtures, league tables, results, Roar Guide entries, and tournament names depicted in the Service are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, or events is unintentional. All player imagery is AI-generated and does not depict real cricketers. Team names (such as Neon Strikers, Skyline Smashers, Midnight Stormers, Floodlight Tigers, Concourse Kings, Riot Bay XI, Echo City CC, Block 99) are inventions for entertainment purposes.

7. The Roar Guide (Reference Content)

The App includes ~100 text entries on cricket basics, glossary terms, ways to get out, shots and deliveries, and famous T20 events. These entries are paraphrased, player-agnostic, and provided for general reference and entertainment. They are not authoritative laws of cricket or official tournament records. We make no warranty about completeness or accuracy of this reference material.

8. Pack Drop Rates & Streak Rewards

Scout Pack drop rates and streak milestone rewards are fully disclosed inside the App's Settings. Rates are deterministic per pack tier and are not affected by player performance or playtime beyond the daily-streak schedule described in-app.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including text, graphics, AI-generated portraits, team crests, trophy artwork, slot symbols, the Roar Guide entries, code, design and trademarks, is owned by Stadium Cricket Roar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The "Stadium Roar Premiere," "Stadium Cricket Roar" name and the App's stylized mark are trademarks of Stadium Cricket Roar.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you contact us through the contact form and submit a message or attachment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to respond to your message and investigate any issue you report. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services for analytics, attribution and push notifications (for example, Google Play Services, Apple, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and OneSignal). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or any third-party websites linked from the Service.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update the App and the Service from time to time, including adding, modifying, or removing features. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STADIUM CRICKET ROAR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS (WHICH WILL TYPICALLY BE ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE) OR (B) USD $10.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stadium Cricket Roar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of Stadium Cricket Roar's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

18. Apple App Store / Google Play Additional Terms

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Similar provisions apply if you obtained the App through Google Play; Google is not a party to these Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
